Global training and certification company is looking for a full-time AR Supervisor to oversee a small team responsible for overall management of AR and collections for the organization.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor a small team of AR/Collections specialists.
Oversee B2B collections, ensuring timely and efficient collection of outstanding invoices.
Develop and implement new processes to improve collections and cash application efficiency.
Manage cash applications and ensure accurate payment allocation.
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Identify and resolve any discrepancies in payment allocations.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate smooth collections processes.
Provide regular reports on collections status and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in AR/Collections, with at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of B2B collections processes and best practices.
Experience in developing and implementing new processes.
Proficiency in cash applications and payment allocation.
Solid understanding of accounting principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Go-getter attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Knowledge of Great Plains and NetSuite is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
