Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Salem, OR

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Assemble fabricated parts at floor stations.
• Test parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
• Use hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.
• Identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repair as necessary.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machines and maintain a clean work environment.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Knowledge of assembly and industrial practices.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. without significant repetitions.
• Willingness to follow all plant and machine safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality inspection skills.
