Description SAIC is seeking a
Cloud Test and Integration SETA to fill a critical position on SAIC's Prime Program, Landmark AOS located in Chantilly, VA. Landmark AOS is a large SETA program that supports the NRO's Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), which is responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete end-to-end life cycle. Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance with CI Polygraph is required for this role.
As the
Cloud Test and Integration SETA you will play a key role in ensuring the successful integration and testing of complex systems and software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test plans, identify, and troubleshoot issues, and provide technical expertise throughout the testing and integration process. Job Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with system engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders to define test objectives, requirements, and strategies.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate system functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Execute test plans and document test results, including defects and issues encountered during testing.
- Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot system integration issues, working closely with the development team to resolve them.
- Participate in system design reviews, code inspections, and other technical meetings to provide input and ensure testability and quality of the system.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability of software releases and updates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to testing and integration.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing and integration process.
Qualifications Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and nine (9) years or more experience; Master's and seven (7) years or more experience; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience. Relevant experience to be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.
- Proven experience in software testing and integration, preferably in a complex systems environment.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and methodologies, especially GEOINT ground systems.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
