Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial Cleaner to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
Responsibilities:Team to support the ongoing success of its facility demonstrating pride, passion, commitment, exibility and overall professional conduct towards its clients, employees, external grounds and facility. This Team will work in conjunction with the Facility Manager and the current maintenance and sanitation team delivering world class services as outlined below.
TASKS
o Collect Garbage, recycling, Bio-hazard,Laundry pick-up bag pick-up and disposal to appropriate bins and locations
o Building cleaning with a primary focus on floors including sweeping, dry & wet mopping, scrubbing of grout tile as an ongoing requirement, carpet cleaning/extracon, vacuuming, chair spot cleaning, stripping and waxing floors.
Any other facility services tasks as requested
Facility staffing assist employees and their client, Parking and paystation support and technical troubleshooting, Clinic support at reception as required
Snow removal and ice melt placement of walkway areas, watering of lawn in summer evenings

o Organization of janitorial rooms and supplies
o Garbage, recycling, Bio-hazard bag pick-up and disposal to appropriate bins and locations Laundry pick-up
Housekeeping duties of abilities bending, kneeling, stretching and ability to lift and carry 25 lbs, clean and disinfect washrooms sink faucets, countertop, cupboards ,toilets, doors and door handles, office areas desks, table top, sides drawers, shelves and other surfaces, phone receivers dust monitors keyboards
