We're looking for a Data Scientist I to join our Directory team, ensuring that Garner maintains a best-in-class understanding of physicians and healthcare facilities across the U.S. This is a hybrid role and will require up to 3 days a week in Garner's New York City office. Responsibilities will include: Build and maintain data-driven algorithms, including AI and machine learning models, to improve provider recommendations and the member search experience. Enhance Garner's understanding of the provider landscape by evaluating and integrating data from multiple sources. Design scalable data pipelines that ingest, clean, and enrich healthcare provider data. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions. Ideal candidate has: 1-3 years professional experience in data science, product analytics, and/or healthcare. A demonstrated ability to independently solve difficult problems and deliver high quality results to senior stakeholders. Experience with Python and SQL. A willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success. Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment. The target salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $120,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on a variety of factors including qualifications, skills and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.
