What You’ll Do

Be a Digital Trailblazer:

• Craft and implement digital strategies that captivate audiences, grow brand visibility, and drive engagement across platforms like email, social media, and our website.

Elevate Campaigns:

• Design, execute, and optimize high-impact email marketing campaigns with Pardot (Salesforce), turning insights into actions that deliver results.

Social Media Dynamo:

• Manage and invigorate our social media presence, building a loyal community of engaged followers.

Understand & Engage Customers:

• Dive deep into customer personas, tailoring campaigns that resonate with their unique needs and digital behaviors.

Data-Driven Excellence:

• Analyze campaign metrics, unlock insights, and continuously refine strategies for maximum impact.

Collaborate for Success:

• Partner with teams across the US and Germany to align digital efforts and amplify our global voice.

Innovate with AI:

• Explore, learn, and implement AI-driven marketing solutions to stay ahead in the industry’s evolving landscape.

Create Content That Excels:

• Develop SEO-first multimedia content that informs, inspires, and influences—always with the customer at heart. Experience in DAM software such as Frontify and/or 4allportal, Hootsuite and Adobe Creative (InDesign, Illustrator) alongside Canva highly recommended.

Event Powerhouse:

• Contribute to seamless trade show activations and amplify traditional and digital marketing collateral.
