JOB OVERVIEW
The Director, Performance Marketing plays a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and overall marketing ROI. Responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies across digital channels, managing a high-performing team, and collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders. Provides leadership in scaling paid media campaigns, optimizing multi-channel programs, and delivering transformational results.
