Job Family: Finance & Accounting Consulting Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: Active SecretWhat You Will Do: As the Associate Director the duties would include but not limited to the following: Manage and oversee the administrative and daily operations of the program. Serve as overall program lead and as the principal liaison between the Government and the Contractor. Attend regular meetings with Government customers to discuss workload, contract performance, and emergent issues. Assure quality control implementation. Produce required contractual and programmatic reports and briefs. Implement and exercise quality - control measures over Contractor staff to deliver services and products on budget and schedule per SOW requirements. Be responsible for overall project personnel, delivery of reports, and other deliverables. Implement short (tactical) and long term (strategic) work plans to ensure work performance. Be responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards. Coordinate with Government customer for assignment of work schedules. Review and remediate work discrepancies. Supervise Contractor personnel, communicate policies and organizational goals. Responsible for ensuring all incoming contractors are adequately trained for contract positions. Be responsible for contract performance. Be responsible for tracking all in - coming Contractor personnel and weekly reports to Government customers of status and processing issues. What You Will Need: An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance Bachelors Degree TEN (10) years of experience working in a Working Capital Fund environment Experience in Depot Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, and Financial Management What Would Be Nice To Have: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills What We Offer: Guidehouse offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects our commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
