Job Description

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the organization's executive and management team. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Administration, Office Administration, Business, or academic preparation/certification in project management.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in office tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management systems.
  • Experience with task management and digital calendar systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work flexible (extended) hours as needed.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written (completely bilingual).
