Job Description

Role: FP&A Manager

Experience: 5+ years min

Report to: CFO ***You'll have 2 Direct Reports

Compensation: $120k-$140k + 15% Bonus

Work Arrangement: Hybrid 3/2 – WFH Mondays & Fridays

Location : Sandy Springs

System: NetSuite, Power BI

Private Equity Backed: $70M+ Revenue (Large M&A pipeline – targeting 6-8 this year)

SUMMARY

The FP&A Manager leads the budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, business strategic analysis, and reporting functions of the business. Conducts financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting efforts to ensure efficient financial operations and performance to budget. The FP&A Manager reviews and analyzes business and operations results, develops insightful suggestions for business improvement, investment, cost reductions, operational efficiencies and supports strategic business decision-making.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Private Equity & Small/Mid-Sized Company Experience – Preferably in Healthcare or Retail industries.
  • Technical Skills – NetSuite and Power BI experience are a plus.
  • Leadership – Management experience required.
  • Financial Expertise – Ability to deliver the monthly financial package, collaborate with accounting to compile reports, drive financial analysis, build budgets/forecasts, and develop business cases.
  • Fast-Paced Environment – Must thrive in a dynamic setting, be ready to hit the ground running, and adapt quickly as the company scales through M&A.
