About the Role
The Company is seeking a Global Head of Performance/Digital Marketing to spearhead the end-to-end performance marketing strategy. This pivotal role involves leading a team of experts in paid search, SEO, CRM, and affiliates to drive consumer acquisition and retention across D2C channels, including physical retail. The successful candidate will be responsible for forming and delivering a comprehensive performance marketing plan that aligns with business objectives, with a focus on scalable growth and customer acquisition. A key aspect of the role is to partner with the wider marketing and eCommerce teams to ensure a holistic and data-driven approach, and to evolve the operating model and tech stack to support the aggressive growth strategy. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will be a player-manager with a hands-on approach, capable of managing a significant performance marketing budget and fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability within the team. Responsibilities include designing and monitoring key campaigns, leading the affiliate channel, and developing strategies for organic search visibility. The role also requires the candidate to stay abreast of digital marketing trends, ensure legal compliance, and maintain brand integrity. A sharp eye for international growth and the ability to utilize data analytics for decision-making and continuous improvement are essential. The candidate should be adept at building performance tracking dashboards and be experienced in working with e-commerce teams to maximize customer lifetime value.
