Your Role as a PT

Patient-Centered Care

• Evaluate patients’ physical abilities and design goal-focused treatment plans.
• Use innovative techniques, exercises, and manual therapy to restore mobility and confidence.
• Empower patients and families through education and encouragement.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team for seamless care delivery.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of patient progress.

Professional Growth

• Stay updated on physical therapy advancements and techniques to provide the best care possible.

Qualifications

• License: Current Arizona Physical Therapist license.
• Experience: 1 year in home health (preferred); training available for quick learners.
• Key Traits: Compassionate, self-motivated, and an effective communicator.
