• Calling potential candidates and setting up interviews

• Setting up personnel files

• Processing badges

• Conducting onboarding including completing background checks

• Processing FMLA and report changes

• General HR responsibilities as needed

Preferred Qualifications of the HR Assistant:

• 1-2 years' experience and knowledge of FMLA and HR policies is preferred, but not required

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office

• Accurate, detail oriented, and willing to learn

• Fantastic communication skills
