Job Description

This position is an individual who is responsible for the daily administrative and HR duties as a team member for House of Raeford. They will assist in recruitment/onboarding/orientation training and record maintenance for payroll processing as well as clerical support to all employees and management. Answering the phone on occasion, filing and cross training will be part of your responsibilities.

*Have good spoken and written communication skills.

*Be able to handle difficult employees and situations in a calm manner.

*Knowledge w/ADP Payroll System and proficient in excel and word.

*Be honest, have a good attitude, have integrity, and possess a variety of social skills.

*Must be a high school graduate.

*Some college or equivalent experience preferred. House of Raeford Farms
