Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support an established company in the greater Pasadena, CA area. Pay range for the role is from $21-24/hr. DOE.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support payroll and benefits administration.
• Respond to employee inquiries and assist in HR-related projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an HR or administrative role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
• Degree in HR or related field preferred.
