Immigration Paralegal (full time) - Boston immigration firm with predominantly professional, academic and employment-based practice seeks highly motivated individual for a position involving extensive client contact and case management responsibilities. Will work on different types of employment-based and family-based immigration cases. 1- 2 years of prior experience working as an immigration paralegal/legal assistant strongly preferred.
You must have the ability to write about technical matters clearly, concisely, and quickly, take the initiative when necessary to identify issues and propose solutions, and shift seamlessly from task to task as priorities change throughout the day. Excellent communication and strong writing skills required. Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and stay organized are essential to the role.
Preference will be given to applicants who have prior office experience in a busy environment dealing with similar matters. Benefits include full health insurance and dental insurance after probationary period. Normal work hours of 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-F. Preference will be given to applicants willing to make a two-year commitment and available to start ASAP. Hybrid schedule.
