Position Overview:

As an Internal Corporate Recruiter at The Reserves Network, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers, department heads, and the HR team to ensure that we bring in qualified candidates who align with our company's culture and objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for internal positions across various departments and locations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and team culture.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent via job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews.
  • Manage and build candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication with applicants.
  • Track recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and recruitment efforts.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and high-quality hires.
  • Build and Maintain a pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in corporate recruitment or staffing, with a strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to source and engage candidates using a variety of methods.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer service.
