Job Opportunity – SOLAR CANVASSER (DOOR-TO-DOOR LEAD GENERATION)

business, serving all of Ventura County in both the residential and commercial
sectors with an excellent 5-star reputation. We’re looking for a qualified individual
to help us generate company leads for our sales team.

interviews for a committed individual.

Pay:

• $200 per SIT (appointment with closer) + 50% of NET COMMISSION (paid at installation). Make an average of $1,000-$1,500 PER DEAL.
• NO INCOME CAP on sales.

Schedule:

• Minimum 30 Hrs. In-Field Canvassing Per Week
• Full Time Position w/ Flexible Work Schedule

Language:

• English (Required)
•   Bilingual/Multilingual (Preferred)

Work Location:

• Ventura, CA. 93003 and Surrounding Areas (Door-knock Within a 30-mile
• Radius from the Coastal Solar Office)

Requirements:

• Applicants Must be 18 Years or Older
• Must have Reliable Transportation and Smartphone (IOS Preferred)
• Solar Setter (Canvasser) Applicant Must be able to Physically Canvass in
• Ventura, CA. and surrounding areas
• Educate Homeowners on the Benefits of Solar through Door-Knocking in
• Residential Neighborhoods
• Obtain Electric Bill Set Appt for Experienced Closer
• Attend Weekly Team Trainings at Office (every Tuesday Thursday)
• Provide Excellent Customer Service per Interaction

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ Yrs. Experience in Door-to-Door Lead Generation (Required)
• Sales Solar Experience (Preferred)
