As a remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), you can launch or grow your private practice with support from Headway. The platform assists mental health clinicians by handling insurance credentialing, billing, and providing marketing support for patient referrals. With flexible scheduling and options for in-person or telehealth sessions, you can manage your caseload effectively while supporting your clients' access to care.

Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Wage: Between $95-$122 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• LMHC
• LPCMH
• LIMHP
