Job Description
Do you have exceptional listening and problem-solving skills? Do you have a passion for helping others in a courteous and efficient manner? Do you work best in a situation with high volumes? Are you experienced with quickly and efficiently looking up information from multiple sources within computer applications? The contract-only Customer Care Contact Specialist is needed due to high volumes and will be mainly working from home. You must have Wired Internet connection (NOT WIFI) provided by fiber, cable, or DSL. You will be going onsite to pick up equipment and for training.
salary: $19 - $20 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers and transfer them to the correct servicing area within the company
- Greet, inquiry, listen, action, transfer, and document all interactions with customers
- Provide prompt, courteous, and excellent service to customers
- Utilize resources including a software application and corporate directory to effectively route calls
- Performs duties according to established procedures
