*Minimum Qualifications*:

· Bachelors of Science in Nursing

· 3 Years of Experience as an RN (At least 2 Years Should be in a Leadership Position/Capacity)

· SC RN License; National Nursing Certification in Specialty at Time of Hire (or must be required within 6 months of Hire/Promotion); Maintains Current CPR certification.

*Key Responsibilities*:

· Oversees nursing unit operations, fostering collaboration, trust, and accountability; manages performance, develops staff, and drives improvement through feedback and action plans.

· Monitors and addresses patient and employee satisfaction, implementing strategies to meet feedback and enhance service quality.

· Ensures effective management of human, financial, and material resources, while maintaining fiscal accountability and addressing technology needs.

· Leads by example in providing high standards of care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving innovation and improvement in patient care practices.
