GigaTech Products in Irvine, CA. is looking for a qualified individual to fill a Full Time position as an Order Processor. We are a well-established, customer focused, wholesaler of Computer Hardware. This position is based in our clean, air-conditioned fulfillment workspace, which operates more like an office environment than a traditional warehouse. There are no forklifts, heavy machinery, or roll-up doorsjust a well-organized space dedicated to efficient order processing, inventory management, and high-quality product handling Qualified candidate should have appropriate experience to execute the duties described below. This opening is a full-time position working 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. We are looking for a qualified individual who wants to be part of our dedicated group of employees in a stable, clean, hard-working atmosphere. Hourly wage $22, plus $300/mo healthcare reimbursement for qualified expenses. Duties include, but not limited to, the following: Order fulfillment in NetSuite system Recoding transceivers Part label creation Accurately pull goods to fill orders Shipping packages UPS and FedEx Software Labeling individual items Package orders for shipment Accurately receive and stock to shelf inventory orders from vendors Inventory pick up from vendors Package delivery to FedEx or UPS Ensuring Warehouse is clean and well organized Qualifications & Skill Requirements: Strong technical aptitude Computer proficient Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Strong interpersonal and team building skills Must work quickly, accurately, and with urgency Self-motivated and a willingness to learn Punctual and dependable Honest and a great work ethic Extremely high attention to detail Must be able to proficiently speak, read and write English Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs Must hold a valid U.S. driver's license with clean driving record Must exhibit a commitment to ethics and honesty in the workplace A team player with a positive attitude, high energy level Able to stand for long periods. Bending, walking, and reaching required Experience: High School Diploma Required College experience a plus but not required Computer Science experience or education a big plus but not required GigaTech Products
