Schedule: 5 Days a Week onsite

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pipeline Validation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying the integrity of pipeline systems by inspecting and analyzing images and videos of pipes, identifying any signs of corrosion, damage, or leakage, and recommending necessary repairs or actions. This role requires proficiency in using automation tools for efficient data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pipeline Inspection: Capture high-quality images and videos of pipelines for corrosion and damage detection.
• Damage Verification: Review inspection images/videos to identify any potential leaks, corrosion, or physical damage to the pipeline.
• Corrosion Assessment: Analyze data to verify the presence and extent of corrosion or other pipeline degradation issues.
• Automation Tool Usage: Utilize advanced automation tools and software to streamline the inspection, verification, and reporting process.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, damages, and repairs, including detailed notes and visual documentation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with maintenance and engineering teams to recommend corrective actions based on inspection findings.
• Issue Resolution: Support the repair process by offering insights and technical advice on how to address identified issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in pipeline inspection, maintenance, or integrity management, with a focus on corrosion detection and damage verification.
• Skills:
• Experience in using automated tools and systems for pipeline inspections (e.g., visual inspection technologies, smart pigs).
• Proficient in interpreting inspection data, including images and videos, to assess pipeline conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining pipeline integrity.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately identify and document issues from images, videos, and inspection reports.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and interaction with cross-functional teams.
