We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Practice Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our aesthetic practice in Miami (Sunset Harbor) . This role is pivotal in driving sales, ensuring an exceptional client experience, managing team performance, and spearheading marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong organizational skills, a passion for aesthetics, and the ability to inspire their team to meet and exceed goals.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

  • Oversees both our Aesthetic Practice Care Coordinators, Medical Assistants, and Aestheticians.
  • Work closely with our VP of Talent, who oversees our aesthetic providers/injectors, to ensure optimal scheduling that meets the needs of our clients.

While the Practice Manager does not directly manage our aesthetic providers/injectors, they are responsible for holding them accountable and providing real-time coaching when necessary, such as addressing issues like tardiness or other performance concerns

Serve as the primary liaison between in-store operations and upper leadership, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of goals.

  • Manage and develop the team through daily check-ins, consistent feedback, and performance reviews, fostering accountability for individual and team goals.
  • Work with leadership to set monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI’s/goals for the store, tracking performance against these benchmarks.
  • Identify, recruit, hire, and train talented team members, fostering growth and career development opportunities within JECT.
  • Build and maintain a high-morale, high-performing team culture aligned with JECT’s values.

Store Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth workflows, high efficiency, and exceptional client experiences.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date systems, records, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage inventory levels for consumables, products, marketing materials, and supplies to ensure availability and accuracy.
  • Optimize scheduling to ensure proper staffing levels for peak efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence of JECT’s brand standards.

Sales Performance

  • Take ownership of the store’s performance, driving sales growth and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with leadership to monitor and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Guaranteeing the implementation of leadership-identified strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative ways to generate additional revenue.
  • Ensure the team is confident to upsell services, treatments, and retail products to maximize revenue.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure every client receives a personalized and exceptional experience.
  • Handle in-store client feedback and resolve issues in a professional and client-focused manner.
  • Continuously evaluate the client experience, offering recommendations for improvement to management.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client and business information.

Marketing & Business Growth

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local marketing initiatives that drive foot traffic, new client acquisition as well as client retention.
  • Leverage social media, email marketing, and community engagement to promote JECT’s services.

Qualifications/ Skills

3–5+ years of retail or store management experience (experience in aesthetics, spa, or wellness industries preferred).

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
  • Strong leadership, team building, and communication skills.
  • Experience executing marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Proficient in inventory management, scheduling, and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including but not limited to days, nights & weekends- based on the needs of the business.
