Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Project /Program Manager with a proven track record in launching business operations, preferably with a background in management consulting. This critical role will work closely with executive leadership and general managers to lead diverse workstreams associated with opening real estate assets for events and entertainment, dining, and more. This is a fast-paced environment calling for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can translate operating plans into successful pre-opening and launch activities.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a demonstrated ability to successfully launch business operations. They will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability. A proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the project planning and execution for the launch of various real estate assets and event spaces. Maintain clear and concise project documentation.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, general managers and business stakeholders to define operational requirements and develop comprehensive launch plans.
• Manage multiple, concurrent workstreams, including but not limited to Legal, HR, Marketing, Security and Safety, and Food & Beverage
• Drive a sense of urgency and accountability within the project team.
• Manage project timelines and milestones, working towards key launch dates
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions.
• Proactively identify and remove roadblocks, ensuring projects stay on track.
• Ensure all operational aspects of each venue are fully functional and ready for launch.

Qualifications:

• 8-10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on business operations launch.
• Proven experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Background in management consulting is highly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple workstreams.
• Experience in the hospitality, entertainment, or real estate industries is a plus.
