Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications. Identify, document, and track defects and issues using bug tracking tools. Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on testing processes. Conduct regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely affect existing features. Perform both manual and automated testing, ensuring high-quality software delivery. Participate in code reviews and provide suggestions for improvements in the development process. Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation related to test results and defect reports. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role in software development. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Proficiency in writing clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks as an advantage. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Instawork
