Responsibilities

• Prepare, revise and format legal documents and correspondence using various software applications with a high-level competency in working with all aspects of Microsoft Word.
• Detailed proofreading of documents/correspondence for form and content.
• Draft, review and send communications including overnight, courier and DocuSign packages.
• Manage, file and prioritize emails and respond timely and accordingly.
• Manage attorneys’ workflows, including calendaring, arranging meetings, appointments and conference calls (in-person and virtually).
• Desire to take initiative and positively react to requests that have been provided.
• Assist attorneys, paralegals, and other colleagues with other duties as assigned.
• Review, edit, and prepare PowerPoint presentations for speaking engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience working in a transactional practice group (real estate and corporate).
• Ability to build effective working relationships across the business and be very efficient with your time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a wide variety of people inside and outside the firm.
• Critical thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
• Top notch organizational skills to handle the work for multiple attorneys.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills to handle a variety of responsibilities.

Senn Visciano Canges offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, life, disability, dental and vision insurance as well as 401(k) plan and paid parking.  The salary range for this position is $70,000-$100,000 depending on previous experience, skills and education.
