First year compensation is a $70,000-$75,000 base, plus guaranteed commissions to do $100,000 1st year. By year 2, every salesperson is making $200,000, and top reps in company are making $400,000. Key Accountabilities: Prospecting: Identify, secure, and develop new business. Business Retention: Maintain existing business Establish effective working relationships and become a sustaining resource for the customer.
