CDS in Texas, an affiliate of Disability Services of the Southwest, is seeking Time and Attendance Specialists for our Payroll Department in San Antonio, TX.

Essential tasks:
- Performs time evaluation and time transfer processes, evaluates errors, and ensures corrections take place.
- Validates and tests changes to the Time Management (TM) module.
- Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information in TM.
- Monitors, validates, and enters time data, vacation, sick, bonus, and mileage once approved by managers.
- Organizes and maintains paper and electronic filing systems for time/pay data.
- Trains and assists employees on procedures, methods, materials and tools used for time management and enroll employees in the TM system.
- Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail.
- Assists with special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Requires one to two years of time and attendance experience.
- Must be able to demonstrate competence with computer applications such as MS Word and Excel and have the ability to readily learn agency specific software.
