Job Summary
Were looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team and help bring our visuals to life. If you have a passion for storytelling, strong technical skills, and experience with social media video content , wed love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality videos for real estate listings, branded content, promotional campaigns, and social media.
• Enhance aerial and ground footage by applying color correction, motion graphics, and visual effects.
• Trim, assemble, and refine footage to create compelling narratives aligned with client goals.
• Work with clients and the creative team to implement feedback and ensure brand consistency.
• Optimize content for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, websites, etc.).
• Sync and enhance audio , including voiceovers, background music, and sound effects.
• Create motion graphics and simple animations as needed.
• Manage and organize media files , ensuring efficient workflow and backups.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, editing techniques, and software updates.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Final Cut Pro are a plus).
• Strong storytelling ability ability to turn raw footage into engaging content.
• Experience with color grading, motion graphics, and sound design.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Experience in real estate, drone, or commercial video editing (This is a plus).
• Familiarity with LUTs, masking, keyframing, and advanced editing techniques.
• A keen eye for detail, pacing, and composition.
• Experience and and understanding of social media content.
