Description
JOB SUMMARY This position will be responsible to assist in various departments as assigned. Responsibilities could include a variety of duties throughout production, including screen reclaiming, screen printing, racking, lamination, inspection, waste stripping, d'slugging, custodial, etc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Learn and follow work order instructions and quality standards
? Learn production processes for various departments, including all paperwork associated with parts and customer requirements.
? Inspect, waste strip and package parts.
? Inspects production prints for color, registration, and print quality
? Report discrepancies and imperfections to the appropriate team member.
? Operate d'slugger and other machines, if applicable.
? Maintains cleanliness of work area and equipment.
? Follow all safety procedures.
? Perform other related duties as assigned.

? Minimum HS Diploma/GED.
? Ability to count and apply basic math skills
? Above average hand/eye coordination
? Basic computer skills
? Ability to understand work order instructions and quality standards
? Ability to inspect against customer specifications
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi task.
? Ability to interact effectively with a variety of people and departments.
? Basic mechanical aptitude.
? Ability to lift 35 pounds
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. One to three months related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have good judgment of color, design, and print quality.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standard situations.
