Job Description

The i420 Delivery Driver will be responsible for delivering cannabis and hemp-related products to our customers in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, a professional demeanor, and a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

• Safely and responsibly transport cannabis, hemp, THC, and THCA products to customers within the assigned delivery area.
• Verify the accuracy of each delivery by checking product orders against delivery manifests and customer requirements.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with all legal requirements related to the delivery of cannabis products.
• Ensure timely deliveries within designated time frames and customer service expectations.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized delivery vehicle and ensure it is stocked with necessary supplies and materials.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections of delivery vehicle to ensure safety and operational standards are met.
• Obtain customer signatures upon delivery and ensure that all required documentation is signed.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
• Communicate effectively with the operations and dispatch team regarding any issues, delays, or changes to the delivery schedule.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and security procedures.
• Follow proper procedures for handling, storing, and transporting products to prevent damage and ensure the safety of the product during transit.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 21 years or older (as per state regulations for cannabis distribution).
• Previous delivery or driving experience preferred (especially in the cannabis industry).
• Familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes
• Must be comfortable using a smartphone or GPS device for navigation and communication.
• Must pass a background check and drug test as required by law.
• Ability to maintain a professional and discreet demeanor when interacting with customers.
